A nearly 25-year marketing veteran, Rake spent most of his career in the consumer packaged goods industry after working on nuclear power plants as a structural engineer with Bechtel. Prior to Fellowes, Rake served as Chief Operating Officer of Consumer Imaging for the U.S. and Canada region of Eastman Kodak Company. In addition, Rake has managed some of the most notable brands and marketing teams at companies including The Clorox Company, Pepsi-Cola International and S.C. Johnson Wax. He also was recognized by Advertising Age as a 'Top 100 Marketer' in 1994 and 1998. Rake received his bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Purdue University and his MBA in marketing and finance from the University of Chicago. Rake is 45 years old and resides with his family in Libertyville, Ill. Jeff Nielson - Vice President, Sales and Planning Jeff Nielson is appointed to Vice President - Sales Planning. Nielson has contributed to the Fellowes sales organization for more than 17 years. He began in field sales and rose to key account representation and sales management. In this past year, Nielson was redirected to head the sales administrative team, and he has provided invaluable leadership in enhancing the cohesion between the Fellowes sales and business teams. He helped develop a new structure and realignment of responsibilities to the different level of sales functions in order to deliver improved results.
