Yak Communications Inc. Selects Internet Marketing, Ltd. for Web-Based Marketing Program of WorldCity VoIP Services

MIAMI & TORONTO --(Business Wire)-- July 22, 2004 -- Yak Communications Inc. (NASDAQ:YAKC), a provider of telecommunication services to residential and business customers, announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Princeton, New Jersey-based Internet Marketing, Ltd. (iMarketing) to lead the web-based marketing campaigns of Yak's products and services, specifically the anticipated launch of Yak WorldCity(TM) VoIP services scheduled for September 2004.

WorldCity VoIP services will allow residential and small business customers with high-speed cable or DSL connections to use the same high-speed connection for local and long-distance telephone services and also receive features and value-added services.
