Angel.com Launches New Product: IVR for Web Services

Angel.com, the fastest growing provider of on-demand speech recognition and interactive voice response (IVR) solutions, today announced the rollout of IVR for Web Services, a new online service that provides clients with instant phone access to their web-based solutions.

IVR for Web Services comes with a set of pre-built modules that can be fully customized and integrated into powerful and comprehensive marketing, customer service or employee-facing phone solutions.

As an online service, Angel.com is more cost-efficient, flexible and easier to integrate than traditional capital-intensive in-house solutions. Clients can manage and update their Angel.com IVR systems online, adding more services and capacity instantly.
