Telatinos Inc. Announces Effective Five for One Forward Split; New Trading Symbol TLTD


MIAMI --(Business Wire)-- Dec. 29, 2004 -- Telatinos Inc. (OTC:TLTD), a Latin American VoIP and network communications service provider, today announced that the Company has successfully forward split its common stock at a ratio of five shares for each one share owned as of the record date of December 28, 2004.



The Company additionally received notification from the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. (NASD) that as a result of this 5:1 split, the CUSIP number and corresponding trading symbol for its common stock have been changed. As of December 29, 2004, the shares of the company will trade under the symbol "TLTD." In addition to the symbol change, the CUSIP for the new shares will be CUSIP #879195-303. Shareholders as of the record date are not required to take any action in order to receive the new shares.
