Telatinos Inc. Initiates NASDAQ Listing


MIAMI --(Business Wire)-- Dec. 21, 2004 -- Telatinos Inc. (OTC:TLTA), a Latin American VoIP service and network communication provider, today announced that the Company has taken the initial steps to list the Company's common shares on the NASDAQ Small Cap Market.



"We believe a NASDAQ listing is the best choice for our Company as we look to raise the investment community's awareness about Telatinos Inc," stated Jon Miller, Telatinos' President. "We believe we can meet all of the qualifications to list Telatinos on the NASDAQ Small Cap exchange early in 2005."

In preparation for the listing on NASDAQ, Telatinos has begun bringing its audited financial statements into full compliance with SEC required US GAAP accounting standards. All applications for listing on NASDAQ are subject to the approval of the SEC and NASDAQ.
