Telatinos Inc Acquires NETCO Ltd


MIAMI --(Business Wire)-- Dec. 14, 2004 -- Telatinos Inc. (OTC:TLTA), a Latin American VoIP service provider, today announced that the Company has acquired NETCO Ltd in an all cash transaction. The terms of the transaction are undisclosed.

NETCO is one of the largest broadband ISP's in Bogota, Colombia. "NETCO will be the staging point for the Company's proprietary communication technology, XRF link(R)," stated Jon Miller Telatinos's President. "Our method of bundling high speed Internet access, voice, HDTV, and other data transmission at speeds 300 times faster than T-1 technology is a first for the Colombian market." NETCO serves approximately 250,000 subscribers with broadband internet access.
