5,000 Downloads of Three Classic Movies in Five Days, Plus Extensive Media Coverage, Highlight ETV Hollywood's Test of Its Technology

HOLLYWOOD --(Business Wire)-- April 26, 2004 -- "In just five days, ETV Hollywood's new technology and classic film content is being recognized with about 5000 downloads from www.etv-networks.com and more than 20 interviews and articles to date," said Tony Barnard, ETV Inc's CEO. The free downloads are being conducted as part of a test that began on April 20, 2004 at the National Association of Broadcaster's Convention, to bring its 99 cent movie download technology to market. The download movie site is a companion to ETV Inc.'s 24/7 movie streaming site www.etvhollywood.tv.

Among the significant entertainment and digital media trade and business publications covering ETV Hollywood's technology are: LOS ANGELES BUSINESS, PAID CONTENT.ORG, TECHDEALMAKER.COM, STORAGE IT WORLD, INTERNET AD SALES.COM, ONLINE REPORTER, TMC MAGAZINE, BIZJOURNALS.COM, LEXIS/NEXIS, THE NOISE REPORT, DIGITAL MUSIC NEWS, BLOGATOR.COM and in Japanese publications JAPAN INTERNET NEWS, OCN NEWS JAPAN, and KENSI-NEWS.COM.

Beginning on April 20, visitors to the www.etv-networks.com website were invited to download three of Hollywood's classic feature films for free, in either DVD or PC quality formats. The movies are ROAD TO BALI, starring Bob Hope, Bing Crosby and Dorothy Lamour, CHARADE, featuring Cary Grant and Audrey Hepburn, and SUDDENLY, featuring Frank Sinatra. The three movies are part of ETV Inc.'s large library of Hollywood classic films, television programs and cartoons, which total over 10,000 titles.

ETV Inc., a private company, has signed a letter of intent to merge with American IDC Corp. (OTC:ACNI) a U.S. public company. Future plans call for establishing separate 24/7 broadband channels for classic sports, extreme sports, religion, self-help, cooking and other areas of wide interest, as well as its 99 cent movie downloads.
