Datalex Internet Booking Technology Optimizes Passenger Revenue for Transavia Airlines

Transavia Airlines, part of the KLM Group, which operates scheduled services and charter flights and the low-cost, low-fare Basiq Air scheduled services to over 70 destinations, has recently gone live with its Web booking site, which was jointly developed by leading technology provider Datalex, and Swart Development BV.
The system uses the TPF scripting tool, T2SE (Turbo TPF Scripting Engine), which was previously developed by Datalex's TPF consulting division in conjunction with KLM. The solution facilitates high performance transaction capabilities with CORDA, KLM's TPF-based reservations system, delivering immediate fare information with an availability calendar to Transavia's Web site. The solution also supports full access to credit card payment facilities provided by Bibit Global Payment Services.
