Sirenza Microdevices Introduces New WLAN/WiMAX Power Amplifier IC Products
BROOMFIELD, Colo., Sept. 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sirenza Microdevices , a leading designer and supplier of high-performance radio frequency (RF) components for communications equipment manufacturers, announced today the product release of the SZA-5044 and STA-6033 power amplifier ICs. Each multi-stage amplifier operates over the 4.9GHz to 5.9GHz band and includes integrated features such as bias control and power detection required for WLAN and WiMAX transmitter ICs. The SZA-5044 delivers a Pout=22dBm @3%EVM and 28dB gain while operating from a +5V supply at 310mA. The STA-6033 is targeted for 3.3V applications and delivers a Pout=18dBm @3%EVM and 27dB gain at a supply current of 210mA.
