Proxity Announces micro-mini UAV: Low Cost CyberBug Flies into Problem Area, Acts as the Eyes and Ears for Remote Operator with Headset

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. --(Business Wire)-- Oct. 29, 2004 -- Proxity Digital Networks, Inc. (Pink Sheets:PDNW) through Cyber Aerospace Corp., an operating subsidiary of Proxity's Cyber Defense Systems, Inc. (OTCBB:CYDF) announces it is completing development of the low cost CyberBug(TM), a 2 lb. micro-mini UAV. When fully developed, the Armed Forces, law enforcement, business owners, and State and local agencies could use the CyberBug(TM) to monitor properties and targets of terrorism as well as assist law enforcement around the globe.

The CyberBug(TM) acts as the eyes and ears of the remote operator. It can be flown into a problem area while a remote operator with a headset observes and listens. Running on battery power, it quietly gathers intelligence and can be used to replace humans that are in harms way. The CyberBug(TM) can be flown and perched in trees, on rock formations and buildings to monitor activities, provide the GPS coordinates of problem areas, aid in communications line-of-sight, cover areas of interest with a blanket of cameras day or evening, and surveil remote areas such as pipelines, monuments, bridges, forests or facilities needing protection. Authorities can follow up with the appropriate action when the CyberBug(TM) reports hostile or covert action.

A technologically sophisticated stealth device, the low cost CyberBug(TM) UAV is priced at $5500. When bought in large quantities, it can be used simultaneously in a number of operations.
