Siebel Systems and ATB Financial to Present Successful Strategies for Transforming the Branch Customer Experience at BAI's Retail Delivery Conference
SAN MATEO, Calif. --(Business Wire)-- Nov. 10, 2004 -- Siebel Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:SEBL), a leading provider of business applications software, today announced that Ashwin Goyal, General Manager, Siebel Retail Finance, will present at BAI's Retail Delivery Conference at 2:15 p.m. PT on Tuesday November 16, 2004. Mr. Goyal and Ken Casey, Senior Vice President, Retail Banking Delivery at ATB Financial will present successful strategies for transforming bank branches into profit centers and improving customer experiences across retail banking channels. ATB Financial is a full-service financial institution, with assets of $14.3 billion.
Mr. Goyal and Mr. Casey will discuss the evolution of ATB's multichannel banking strategy and the company's renewed focus on improving customer relationships. Specifically, ATB will describe how it is working to optimize business processes across its branch network and call center to improve the customer experience and increase cross-sell and up-sell rates. In a separate session, Mr. Goyal will be joined by Celent Communications, a research and consulting firm focused on the global financial services industry, to present strategies for maximizing branch delivery, front-office solutions, and multichannel integration to increase wallet share as part of IBM's Retail Banking Forum on Tuesday, November 16, 2004, at 9:30 a.m. PT. Later in the week, Siebel Systems' Eric Dickmann, Senior Product Manager, Retail Finance, will demonstrate Siebel Branch Teller product capabilities and features on Thursday, November 18, 2004, at 10:20 a.m. PT.
