Built on the sforce on demand platform, this new mobile solution extends the features and functionality of salesforce.com to new wireless handheld devices, including Research In Motion’s (RIM) BlackBerry Wireless Handhelds and PalmOne Treos to give mobile sales professionals wireless access to salesforce.com’s on demand customer relationship management (CRM) services with or without a wireless connection.
