(NASDAQ:ICTG), a global provider of outsourced customer care and business services solutions, announced that it has acquired DPS Data Group, a niche-based supplier of back-office data capture, document imaging, mail processing and time-sensitive transaction printing services for the financial services and healthcare industries.
