INS Releases NetControl 2.0 for Next Generation IP Management; New Software Version Integrates IPv4 and IPv6 Support
SANTA CLARA, Calif. --(Business Wire)-- May 4, 2004 -- INS, a leading provider of IP network management software, IT infrastructure consulting services, and business solutions, announced today the general availability of release 2.0 of its NetControl(TM) IP management software. NetControl 2.0 adds several significant new features, including integrated IPv4/IPv6 support, user-definable thresholds and alerts on multivendor Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) products, expanded Internet Registry support to automate address replenishment, and a new optional StarVision add-on product, which provides unique interactive visualization of IP address space.
