ISM selects NetSuite as top crm Application for 2004

NetSuite, Inc., today announced that its NetSuite 9.1 solution was selected by ISM Inc., Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategic advisers and software reviewers, as a Top 15 CRM Small to Midsize Business Software Award winner for 2004. This is the first time that ISM has selected NetSuite to ISM's Top 15. In year 2003, NetSuite was ranked Top 30. NetSuite's product offerings include NetSuite, Oracle Small Business Suite, NetCRM and NetERP. The Oracle Small Business Suite name is used under license from Oracle Corporation (NASDAQ: ORCL).

"We are pleased to receive recognition from ISM," said Zach Nelson, CEO of NetSuite.
"It is gratifying to see how, in only a year, our full-fledged NetCRM and NetSuite solutions have been adopted by customers and industry watchers alike."

For the first time since the awards were first presented in 1992, the Top 15 CRM Software Awards are divided into two categories - Enterprise, and Small to Midsize Business (SMB) - to reflect the changes and growth of the CRM marketplace.
The awards, which serve as a standard for the CRM industry, were presented at the DCI CRM Conference & Exhibition on March 2 by Barton Goldenberg, co-founder and co-chairman of the conference and president of ISM.

NetSuite 9.1 was chosen after intensive testing by the ISM Software Lab at its Bethesda, Md.-based headquarters. Each package was rated according to 202 selection criteria, including 105 business functions, 47 technical features, 33 implementation capabilities and 17 user-support features.

"NetSuite is to be praised for obtaining the Top 15 honor as ISM's software selection process is strenuous and comprehensive," said Goldenberg in congratulating Nelson, who accepted the award for NetSuite.

The Top 15 selections are featured in ISM's 12th edition of The Guide to CRM Automation (www.ismguide.com).

NetSuite enables companies to manage all key business operations in a single, integrated system, which includes customer relationship management; customer support; accounting and payroll; warehousing and product assembly; Web store and Web presence; and employee productivity. In addition, NetSuite is delivered as an online service, so there is no hardware to procure; no large, up-front license fee; and no complex setup.
