America Online and IMlogic to Migrate AIM Enterprise Gateway Customers to IMlogic Solutions

DULLES, Va. & WALTHAM, Mass. --(Business Wire)-- June 21, 2004 -- Companies Form Agreement to Offer IMlogic's Industry Leading Instant Messaging Solutions to AIM Enterprise Gateway Customers

America Online, Inc., the world's leading interactive services company, and IMlogic Inc., a leading provider of enterprise software solutions for the instant messaging (IM) market, today announced that they have agreed to work together to migrate customers from American Online's AIM Enterprise Gateway product to the AIM certified IMlogic IM Manager solution at no charge.



IMlogic (http://www.imlogic.com) will offer AIM(R) Enterprise Gateway customers migration services and a license for its IMlogic IM Manager product, which offers IM management, policy enforcement and security for IM traffic. IMlogic IM Manager is an enterprise-class solution that provides the privacy, network integrity and network infrastructure protection that is required of AIM certified applications.

As announced on June 10, 2004, America Online is delivering presence-enabled AIM Business Services (http://www.aimatwork.com) directly to the 'at work' AIM user through the AOL(R) Instant Messenger(TM) client. The company is partnering with leading providers like IMlogic to support enterprise messaging applications and to weave 'presence' and the AIM Network into the applications that workers use every day.
