Equity launches new US/Intl. business VoIP service

Ecuity, Inc., (OTC BB: YTHK.OB), an end-to-end unified communications and technologies company serving the small-to-medium business and residential markets, today announced the introduction of the most complete offering of business Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services called V-Tone Office®. Ecuity is the first facilities-based carrier to offer complete business-class VoIP services, including a �soft phone�, both nationwide and internationally � with voice quality equal to or better than traditional phone service at significant cost savings.

V-Tone Office is specifically designed to meet the communications, equipment and customer service needs of the traditionally underserved small-to-medium business market. Ecuity provides Business class VoIP, broadband services, technical support, centralized billing and superior customer service. It offers both Centrex call features and traditional equipment based PBX call services.

V-Tone Office® is the first in a series of planned releases by Ecuity in the convergence of secure next-generation voice communications and data technology.

V-Tone provides small and medium size businesses with the full range of features at rates that are as much as 70% less than ordinary phone service. Monthly service rates, ranging from $24.95 to $34.95 per user, include at no extra charge such traditional phone services as call forwarding, call waiting and voicemail. Long distance rates, including Canada, are super low. International rates range from 2 cents a minute to London, 3 cents a minute to Tokyo and 8 cents a minute to Mexico.

V-Tone Office�s business-class VoIP products come in hosted Centrex and PBX versions:

V-Tone Office�s® Centrex allows a business to stay with its existing phone handsets. Ecuity installs a gateway, which converts all the company�s existing phones from voice into Internet Protocol. The user takes advantage of special features by selecting them with a mouse on the desktop or laptop computer screen;

V-Tone Office�s® PBX connects a company�s desktop PCs with the phone system and uses a VoIP phone, which permits users to take advantage of advanced calling features by pushing buttons on the V-Tone phone.

In addition, V-Tone Office® users receive, at no extra charge, exciting advanced features not available on traditional phone systems, including:

Unified voice and email messaging, which permits users to listen to voice messages in their email;

Enhanced conference calling with more than three people on the same line and the capability to add more callers while on the already initiated conference call;
