Biometrics 2000 Adds Second Government Value Added Reseller, Management Solutions and Systems Inc.

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. --(Business Wire)-- July 29, 2004 -- Biometrics 2000 (OTC BB: BTOO) announced today that the Company has added a second Government Value Added Reseller. Management Solutions and Systems Inc. (MSSI) (OTC BB: IJJP), a publicly traded minority veteran owned company, since 1997, has been providing Information Technology and Management solutions and products to satisfy its client's needs. MSSI has just recently expanded to include Content, Records, Document and Security Management services and solutions to include biometric security access products to its clients.

MSSI will be reselling the Biometric 2000's products to Federal, State and Local governments and concentrating on the needs of the State and Local governments in the area of Homeland Security. MSSI will be reselling the products to government offices and government system integrators in 45 states (all states except for Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, Alabama and Arkansas), across Canada and South America. MSSI is already establishing relationships with System Integrators that have contracts with various DOD and Civilian government offices.
