SYDNEY, Australia, July 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Hudson, a leading global provider of recruitment and human resource consulting services, today announces a pilot service using SMS as a new channel for job applicants to register to interested jobs, receive online application packs and be automatically connected to recruitment consultants. The Hudson SMS service is provided by wireless enterprise provider, Start Corporation.

Job applicants upon seeing a job advertisement on the paper will be able SMS in a job-specific code. The SMS service will then automatically send the job profile and online application pack directly to candidate's email address, so that when he/she logs onto her email account next, he/she will find the list of all the requested jobs.
