COLUMBUS, Ohio --(Business Wire)-- July 20, 2004 -- MindLeaders(R), a leading provider of integrated e-Learning solutions, today announced it has introduced MindLeaders PLuS -- a compelling new service that converts the personal and organizational goals provided by employees and their managers into training recommendations from qualified learning advisors to deliver a customized learning plan to each individual. Each learning plan is based on the specific needs expressed by an employee, the employee's manager and the organization's goals to MindLeaders qualified learning advisors. Learning plans may include access to e-Learning courses, on-line books, written content created specifically for an employee and other learning resources. When an employee receives their own customized learning plan, only pertinent training is suggested that will help them gain the skills needed to achieve their current specific goals. The result is a customized learning plan for each employee providing a clear set of learning tasks to gain the knowledge necessary to better do their jobs, improve their career opportunities and achieve business goals.



MindLeaders PLuS eases the process of delivering customized learning plans that are pertinent and aligned with business goals. Each employee spends fifteen to forty-five minutes completing a learning profile to identify the specific opportunities and challenges affecting themselves and others in the organization. Open text boxes, versus check boxes which tend to force a company's specific culture into predefined fields, are provided to contain each employee's input permitting everyone to be as specific as necessary when describing their learning needs.

Once the profile is submitted, a MindLeaders Learning Advisor reviews the responses to identify trends and look for patterns. Employees will be matched not only with the training they need, but also with the training they did not know they need. Approximately seven days after the employee completes the profile, an on-line personal learning plan is made available. Each plan also includes personalized messages from the MindLeaders Learning Advisor explaining the plan and prescribed learning in more detail. Managers have the opportunity to specify learning requirements and review learning plans before the plans are sent to the employee. The end result is a clear set of prescribed tasks to gain the knowledge necessary to accomplish both personal and business goals.
