aQuantive Inc. Announces 2004 Second Quarter Earnings Release Date

SEATTLE --(Business Wire)-- July 14, 2004 -- aQuantive, Inc. (Nasdaq:AQNT), a digital marketing and technology company and parent company to interactive agencies Avenue A and i-FRONTIER, advertising technology provider Atlas DMT, and performance media company DRIVEpm, today announced that it will release results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2004, on Wednesday, Aug. 4, 2004.



An investor conference call and webcast will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 4 at 1:30 p.m. PDT/4:30 p.m. EDT. Further details regarding the call and webcast will be available on the Investor Relations section of the Company's website at www.aquantive.com/investor.

On June 27, 2004, aQuantive signed a definitive agreement to acquire SBI.Razorfish, the largest independent web site marketing services agency. As part of the acquisition, Razorfish will be combined with aQuantive's core interactive agency business Avenue A, resulting in a new brand identity, Avenue A/Razorfish. The deal is expected to close by the end of July.
