THQ Wireless Knocks One Out of the Park With New Baseball Offering CALABASAS HILLS, Calif., July 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Just as the baseball season is heating up, THQ Inc. today announced that its wireless games subsidiary, THQ Wireless Inc., has struck exclusive licensing deals with Major League Baseball Advanced Media(C) (MLBAM) and the Major League Baseball Player's Association(C) (MLBPA). Under the agreements, THQ Wireless will develop officially licensed baseball-themed applications, including games, ringtones and graphics for wireless devices.
