Aspect Communications backs Aculab VoIP technology

8th July 2004, Milton Keynes, UK - Aculab, a manufacturer of computer telephony technology for developers and systems integrators, today announced that Aspect Communications Corporation, a leading provider of enterprise customer contact solutions, has selected Aculab�s IP telephony cards for use in the latest version of Aspect�s IVR solution, Aspect Customer Self-Service® version 7 (CSS 7).


Via a long-term alliance, Aspect has utilized Aculab�s technology to deliver mission-critical, highly scalable, E1 telephony based self-service solutions to customers around the world. Aculab�s existing E1 cards and IP telephony cards use the same APIs, making it easier for developers to implement VoIP capability.

Additionally, over the past 10 years, Aculab has delivered high quality and reliable customer support.
