The latest release of PCS' Profitability Software Suite(TM) introduces extensive E-Commerce features, Customer Service enhancements, flexible Screen Modeling, customizable Dashboards, and pre-built interfaces to the Ecometry MACS(R) system.

PCS Version 2.5 Functionality Release highlights include:

E-Commerce, Order Processing and Product Catalog Integration - During Order Processing while placing customer orders, sales personnel can view, via a direct link, the E-Commerce web page and Catalog Page PDF (portable document format). The sales personnel see exactly what the customer is viewing during the order process.

Web Presentation Content can be managed directly from PCS. Featured Items and Secondary Items or Services can be selected for web page presentation with all pricing and features pulled directly from the PCS Product Catalog. The Photo Gallery features give users access to select photos and photo configurations for the web presentation. The Inventory Clearance and Products on Sale functionality makes web marketing of targeted products easy and profitable.

User Defined Real-Time Dashboards - Real-Time Dashboards for quick access to make business decisions are customizable for each employee in a company. Instant analysis of key business and performance indicators such as open quotations, leads, sales orders, employee productivity and financial data are instantly available and actionable.

Flexible Screen Modeling - Screens can be modeled to add or delete fields, rename fields, change positioning and order of fields based on the work flow process of the customer. In addition, all modeled fields are accessible for reporting and Dashboard display.

Customer Service Updates - Customer Service personnel have enhanced capabilities for improving the customer's interaction with their company. Call Pad facilitates easy recording of the customer interaction, viewing of the call log for history of calls, specifying follow-up actions required and setting the date for the follow-up. Reviewing existing orders, issuing Return Goods Authorization and issuing Credits are all automated for fast, efficient resolution to customer issues.

Ecometry (MACS(R)) Interface - PCS has developed a standard interface to Ecometry's MACS(R) system. Current Ecometry customers looking for a replacement to their aging technology and functionality in MACS, now have a solution for either a phased approach or complete replacement. Pre-built connectors allow for easy data transfers to and from back end MACS(R) processes or for conversion of data for system replacement.
