YP Corp. Initiates National Accounts Program

MESA, Ariz. --(Business Wire)-- July 2, 2004 -- YP Corp. (OTC BB: YPNT), a leading provider of local search services on the Internet, has initiated a new service to nationwide advertisers. The National Accounts Program allows national and/or regional corporations with multiple locations to list under one contract, instead of on a location-by-location basis. The individual locations still appear in YP's appropriate area search.

"The National Accounts Program represents a new effort for YP Corp.," said DeVal Johnson, YP Corp.'s vice president of marketing. "It enables companies with multiple locations and franchisees to reap the full benefits of YP Corp.'s unique package of online business advertising services. We have just initiated this program and are currently completing negotiations with four major companies, and have inquiries from several others. Clearly, this is a program of interest to national advertisers."

Visitors to YP Corp.'s YP.Com site can easily find the closest location of a nationwide corporation, map their way to the location, link to the corporation's Web site, or use any of YP.Com's other onsite features, such as free long distance access to the location through Click2Call(TM). Additionally, a national corporation can include YP Corp.'s listing as a benefit to its affiliates or franchisees, without each location's having to contract individually with YP Corp. for coverage.

Peter J. Bergmann, CEO of YP Corp., said, "This new program is a win/win situation for our subscribers, our users and our company. It allows YP Corp. to add hundreds, if not thousands, of listings with less strain on our resources, while providing more information for our users. We've focused a great deal of time and expertise on this new marketing thrust, and are already seeing results. We have no intention of losing sight of our core business of small and medium businesses."
