Viper Networks Sends First Shipment of vPhones to United Micro Group as Part of 12,000 Piece Option Agreement

Viper Networks Inc. announced today that it has shipped an initial order of vPhones to United Micro Group for sale and deployment. As stated in a previous press release, United Micro Group placed an order with Viper Networks to purchase vPhones with an option for another 12,000 during the first Quarter of 2004. This initial shipment represents United Micro's fulfillment of the agreement and positions them to exercise their option to purchase the balance of vPhones before March 31st 2004.

Viper Networks Chief Executive Officer Ron Weaver commented, "This agreement has the potential to exceed $300,000 in sales and revenue, and add 1.4 million additional minutes to our global VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) network during the first quarter of 2004. It also potentially positions our wholly-owned subsidiary, Mid-Atlantic International, to build a dedicated route into the virtually untouched Middle East Region that United Micro serves. As we continue to broaden our global footprint and deepen our penetration in these markets, United Micro will become an ever expanding channel which Viper Networks will use as part of our marketing arm," Weaver concluded.
