Bluesocket Wins 2004 Mobility Award for Wi-Fi Wireless Gateway

Bluesocket, Inc., the leading vendor of open-systems Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) management and security solutions, today announced that its flagship product, the Bluesocket Wireless Gateway, has been picked for a 2004 Mobility Award by MobileTrax LLC, a leading source of information on the mobile computing and wireless data communications industry.

About The 2004 Mobility Awards

The 2004 Mobility Awards honor the best and finest mobile computing and wireless data communications products and services that were announced in 2003. "There's a need to honor the best and finest mobile computing and wireless data communications products and services," said J. Gerry Purdy, Ph.D. Principal Analyst with MobileTrax LLC.

In addition to the Bluesocket Wireless Gateway, products from a number of Bluesocket's valued partners were also honored with 2004 Mobility Awards. These include:
