[January 15, 2004] “Leading hosted IVR Company Provides A Homerun Campaign at a Boston Red Sox and New York Yankee Games” Pulseteleservice Inc. Teams Up with YellowPepper Inc. for a FleetBoston Wireless Promotion.Toronto – January 2004 – Pulseteleservice Inc. teamed up with YellowPepper Inc, a leading wireless marketing company in the U.S., to create a mobile marketing campaign for FleetBoston during recent Red Sox and Yankees games. FleetBoston flashed a toll free phone number on the Jumbotron encouraging the audience to call a phone number to find out about their financial happiness. When users called the number, they heard celebrity voices read out a number of questions. After users answered a series of 5 questions using their cell phone’s keypad, they received a text message with their personal results and a call to action. Pulseteleservice provided the toll-free number and back end data collection using their award winning managed IVR platform. The data was then fed seamlessly to YellowPepper who then initiated an SMS message to the respondent’s mobile phone. “We were really impressed with the Pulse team. Their speed, professionalism, and dedication made this promotion a success. In addition, it allowed us to adjust the promotion on the fly.” Said Marc Theermann, CEO of YellowPepper. “This project is a great case of wireless and land line technologies working together in a truly converged way. IVR is still the best way to automate and manage a large of amount of data collection and information gathering over the phone. “ Said Robert Khoury, General Manager – Pulseteleservice. YellowPepper and Pulseteleservice will continue to work together on future wireless/IVR projects and find further ways to integrate and better leverage both technologies. # # # About YellowPepper: YellowPepper is a marketing driven company that redefines the way corporations interact with their target markets.
