iPass Signs Deal with SAIC
iPASS SIGNS VALUE ADDED RESELLER AGREEMENT WITH SAIC TO PROVIDE SECURE GLOBAL CONNECTIVITY TO EMPLOYEES AND CLIENTS
REDWOOD SHORES, Calif. � February 2, 2004 � iPass Inc. (Nasdaq: IPAS) and Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) today announced a multifaceted agreement in which SAIC will become both a customer and a reseller of iPass� global Corporate Access enterprise connectivity services. SAIC, one of the most recognized companies in security consulting, will deploy the iPass Corporate Access service to more than 20,000 employees around the world. SAIC may also resell the iPass service in conjunction with their own managed service offerings in VPN, personal firewall, anti-virus and authentication. SAIC�s managed service offerings will address the business need of providing a ubiquitous yet highly secure method of accessing corporate information and systems.
