With UCP, a fully automated, unified messaging platform empowers users by providing access to e-mail messages via the phone, voice messages via a desktop PC or wireless device, or access to all types of messages using a single Web interface.
The Pointspan® M6501 delivers traditional PBX, converged systems or full voice over IP (VoIP) capability, allowing customers to implement IP at their own pace over one networked system. The Pointspan M6501 supports voice messaging, systems management and contact center applications with the ability to interface and connect any combination of up to 232 analog, digital or IP phones.
