Telatinos Inc. Acquires Crobuset Software and Communications Ltd.MIAMI --(Business Wire)-- Dec. 10, 2004 -- Telatinos Inc. (OTC:TLTA), a Latin American VoIP service provider, today announced that the Company has acquired Crobuset Software and Communications Ltd. in an all cash transaction. The full terms of the transaction are undisclosed. Crobuset Software and Communications Ltd. are the developers and owners of a proprietary communication technology, XRF link(R).
