Telatinos Inc. Acquires Crobuset Software and Communications Ltd.

MIAMI --(Business Wire)-- Dec. 10, 2004 -- Telatinos Inc. (OTC:TLTA), a Latin American VoIP service provider, today announced that the Company has acquired Crobuset Software and Communications Ltd. in an all cash transaction. The full terms of the transaction are undisclosed.

Crobuset Software and Communications Ltd. are the developers and owners of a proprietary communication technology, XRF link(R). "XRF will permanently alter the landscape of the wireless industry with its unique operational characteristics of tremendous speed, massive capacity and low build out expense" said Simone De Montoya, Telatinos' Chief Technology Officer.

A key characteristic of XRF link is that it provides a "last mile" solution, transmitting voice, data, and video simultaneously and at speeds far exceeding other commercially available technologies.

With a per unit range of up to 15 miles, and data transmission speeds in excess of 500 megabytes per second, XRF link provides high speed Internet access, voice, HDTV, and other data transmission at speeds 300 times faster than T-1 technology, making XRF one of the fastest commercially available technologies for communications and data transmission. Major advantages of XRF are it's relatively low per unit cost, low installation cost, easy upgradeability, high reliability, alternate path routing through a multi-layered mesh network wireless architecture, application flexibility, high speed transmission exceeding other commercially available technologies, and the ability to transmit voice, data, and video simultaneously with exceptional speed and military grade security. XRF is compatible with all existing and future licensed and unlicensed wireless technologies.

Telatinos has installed the XRF link system in the Company's Colombian ISP JV at InterplaNet, GeoNet Ltd and Colomsat S.A.
