Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment Awards License to Publish ``Constantine'' Videogame To SCi Games

BURBANK, Calif. --(Business Wire)-- Aug. 27, 2004 -- Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has awarded SCi Games Ltd. the license to publish the forthcoming CONSTANTINE videogame, which is being developed by Bits Corp. and is based on the upcoming Warner Bros. Pictures film due in February 2005.

Based on the DC Comics/Vertigo "Hellblazer" graphic novels, the supernatural thriller "Constantine" tells the story of John Constantine (Keanu Reeves), a man who has literally been to hell and back. When he teams up with sceptical policewoman Angela Dodson (Rachel Weisz) to solve the mysterious suicide of her twin sister, their investigation takes them through the world of demons and angels that exists just beneath the landscape of contemporary Los Angeles. Caught in a catastrophic series of otherworldly events, the two become inextricably involved and seek to find their own peace at whatever cost.

CONSTANTINE the game is currently in development and will be released on Sony PlayStation(R)2 and Microsoft Xbox(TM) to coincide with the film release in 2005.
