The "Customer Experience of the Year" is designed to recognize successful implementations of solutions on the Microsoft platform that "wins" customers in a competitive situation. It is given to Microsoft Certified partners that are able to demonstrate customer benefits in terms of development and deployment productivity, lowest cost solution and faster time-to-market, operations productivity and scalability.
