Viper Networks to Implement International Broadcasting Corporation Radio Technology in New Wi-Fi Phone in Joint Venture between Both Companies

PHILADELPHIA --(Business Wire)-- Aug. 11, 2004 -- New Wi-Fi Radio Telephone Would Be the First of Its Kind and Could Emerge as a Major Threat to the Satellite Radio Industry

International Broadcasting Corporation (OTCBB:IBCS), announced today that Viper Networks (OTC:VPER) is implementing technology developed by the research and development arm of International Broadcasting Corporation into an upcoming version of the Viper Networks Wi-Fi VoIP phone. The joint venture between the two companies will result in IBC Radio Network content available in each and every Viper Wi-Fi VoIP phone. Not only will users of the Viper Wi-Fi VoIP phone be able to make long distance phone calls but also they will be able to listen to IBC Radio Network almost anywhere wirelessly. The device can be carried anywhere, including the car, and as the growth of wireless continues it could be a major threat to pay radio like Sirius Satellite Radio and XM Radio. An output jack will allow the use of headsets or external speaker and will make the device essentially a portable radio set.

International Broadcasting Corporation will attempt to market the radio device not only over the Internet but in chain stores as well. Successful placement will translate into major revenues for both Viper Networks and IBCS.

Ron Weaver, CEO of Viper Networks, says, "We are proud to have International Broadcasting Corporation as a partner to develop what we believe is the world's very first Wi-Fi Radio. When the device is complete it would put Viper and IBCS in position to pose a threat to the satellite radio providers. Free radio will always be popular with consumers and this device could turn the broadcasting industry upside down."

Daryn P. Fleming, President of International Broadcasting Corporation, says, "IBCS has always been and continues to be a pioneer in broadcasting, looking for new high tech ways to distribute our content. We have a great working relationship with Viper Networks and are glad that the advertising agreement has translated into a terrific joint venture. Since the Wi-Fi phone has sold out we expect similar results for the new radio version of the product."
