Siebel CRM Solutions to Run on IBM DB2 Universal Database for Linux; Siebel Systems and IBM Extend Benefits of Linux to Customers

(Nasdaq:SEBL), a leading provider of business applications software, and IBM today announced database support for Siebel's market-leading CRM suite on Linux. Siebel is working with IBM to extend support for Siebel 7.7 on DB2 Universal Database for Linux and provide support for Web Server and App Server tiers on future versions of Siebel CRM solutions in 2005.
