(OTCBB:ZEPE), a diversified US company with interests in the software and other sectors, has acquired Rocket Technologies Inc., (www.rocketinfo.com), who under their "Rocketinfo" trademark and moniker, is a leading international developer of current news search, content and publishing solutions. Under the terms of the transaction, Rocketinfo will become a wholly owned and operated subsidiary of Zeppelin. Zeppelin will be changing their name to Rocketinfo Inc. to reflect their focus upon this major transaction.

Rocketinfo currently provides real-time news and business information products and services to corporations, governments and professional service firms worldwide.
