Systinet to Sponsor Java Web Services Training Session

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. --(Business Wire)-- April 21, 2004 -- Tutorial educates developers, project managers and IT architects on how to create, build and deploy Web services with Java

Systinet, a leading provider of Web services infrastructure software, today announced it will be conducting a training program: "Building Java Web Services." Experts from Systinet will be leading a five-day series of sessions, which will provide attendees the skills to create, build and deploy Web services with Java. The program will be held from May 17 - 21, 2004 in Burlington, Mass. The cost to attend the hands-on 5-day program is $2,500.

During this program, students will learn a range of Web services concepts and standards and put them into practice with Systinet's Java Web services technology. Lessons will cover the different scenarios for creating services with Java, along with the tools that help to build and deploy them. Additionally, advanced subjects, such as asynchronous services, security, and integration with J2EE, will be discussed. At the end of the program, attendees will have a rich appreciation of how to create secure, reliable and high performance Web services, as well as best practices for creating a service oriented architecture (SOA).

"We've done several Web services with Java training programs in the past that were extremely well attended and very successful," said Roman Stanek, founder and CEO, Systinet. "Our goal is to be a resource and an educator on creating, building and deploying Web services. This training session will better prepare developers and IT architects to get the most out of their Web services."

Systinet's WASP suite of products is a complete solution for building, deploying, securing and managing Web services. Systinet WASP Server for Java and WASP Server for C++ are industrial-strength Web services runtime environments that fully support industry standards, including SOAP 1.1, SOAP 1.2 and WSDL 1.1. WASP UDDI is the only commercially available, fully V2 compliant registry with advanced UDDI V3 functionality. Systinet WASP has received numerous awards, including two consecutive eWEEK Analyst's Choice awards in 2002 and 2003, where it was described as "providing the most comprehensive set of tools for developing, securing and managing Web services that eWEEK Labs has seen."

How To Register:

The program is designed for enterprise developers, project managers and IT architects. A familiarity with Java/J2EE is assumed, but no experience with Web services is required.
