Salesforce.com and Synygy Team to Offer a Complete Sales Automation and Pay-for-Performance Solution

SAN FRANCISCO --(Business Wire)-- April 21, 2004 --

Combines On-Demand CRM from Salesforce.com with On-Demand Enterprise Incentive Management (EIM) and Quotas Management From Synygy

Salesforce.com(R), the global leader in customer relationship management (CRM) services, and Synygy Inc., a provider of solutions for creating the performance-driven enterprise, today announced a strategic agreement to integrate salesforce.com with Synygy's hosted Enterprise Incentive Management (EIM) and quotas management solutions, creating a comprehensive sales automation and sales incentive compensation management service delivered on demand--without software. As part of the alliance, the companies will promote the joint offering to their combined customer base.
