[April 19, 2004] Telmar Network Technology and Commnet Supply Join to Form Industry-Leading Equipment Provider Telmar Network Technology, Inc. and Commnet Supply LLC have united to form an industry-leading provider of new and refurbished network infrastructure equipment and asset management services to the telecommunications industry. The transaction was completed when Telmar Network Technology acquired Commnet Supply on Friday April 9th. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Telmar Network Technology is a global provider of network infrastructure equipment and related services to telecommunications companies. Telmar offers cost-effective and time-sensitive solutions through its unique blend of certified refurbished and new equipment from leading industry manufacturers. Its customer base includes providers of wireless and wireline voice, data and optical networks; utilities; and other large organizations. With this acquisition, Telmar Network Technology projects combined revenue of more than $150 million in 2004. Headquartered in Annandale, New Jersey, Commnet Supply, offers customers, the majority of which are small- to mid-sized wireless service providers, a comprehensive selection of both new and refurbished products. Commnet Supply will operate independently as a wholly owned subsidiary of Telmar Network Technology Inc., with Charles Many continuing as president.
