OrderPro Logistics Experiences Minor Filing Delay

TUCSON, Ariz. --(Business Wire)-- April 16, 2004 -- OrderPro Logistics (OTCBB:OPLO) recently announced that its report for year ending December 31, 2003 will be filed after the deadline. OrderPro Logistics has engaged a new auditing firm, Weinberg & Company, P.A., to provide documentation of all required SEC quarterly and annual reports. As a result of the change in firms, the new auditor was required to perform routine, but time intensive, due diligence on the previously submitted reports that were generated by OrderPro's previous auditor Marshall, CPA.

The new auditor, Weinberg & Company, P.A. has been working at OrderPro's Tucson headquarters and Transportation Units across the country during the past few months performing audits of the years 2001, 2002, and 2003. In addition, they have audited all of the acquisitions of OrderPro Logistics that occurred during that time frame. The extensive review has caused the firm to be a few days behind on the 2003 audit, so the deadline will not be met.
