ManTech Awarded Engineering/Technical and Support Services Contract from Naval Sea Systems Command --NAVSEA--

FAIRFAX, Va. --(Business Wire)-- April 15, 2004 --

IDIQ, 15-year, multiple award, Seaport Enhanced contract will support Naval Surface Warfare Centers, Naval Undersea Warfare Centers, NAVSEA and all field activities

ManTech International Corporation (Nasdaq:MANT), a leading provider of innovative technologies and solutions focused on mission-critical national security programs for the Intelligence Community, the Department of Defense and other federal government customers announced today that it has been awarded a multiple-award, 15-year contract from the U.S. Naval Sea Systems Command to provide engineering/technical and program management support services.



The Seaport Enhanced contract is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract that will include a variety of delivery orders such as firm fixed price, cost-plus fixed fee and cost plus incentive fee. The contract has a five-year base period and two-five year option terms. The government estimates that a maximum of $1.3 billion will be awarded per year, to all participating contractors. Contracts were awarded in seven regions covering the United States, and ManTech won in all seven locations.
