First Full Screen, Broadband Internet Streaming Channel for Hollywood Classic Movies to be Unveiled by ETV Inc. at NAB Convention

HOLLYWOOD --(Business Wire)-- April 14, 2004 -- The first broadband channel that streams classic Hollywood films, 24/7, over the Internet in full screen, will be unveiled at the upcoming National Association of Broadcasters Convention by Digital Continuum, Inc. and ETV Inc., a private company, that has signed a letter of intent to merge with American IDC Corp. (OTC:ACNI), a U.S. public company.



Digital Continuum is the developer of proprietary "Digital Network in a Rack" streaming technology and ETV is the exclusive distributor for the U.S. Demonstrations during the convention will be from Monday, April 19, through Wednesday, April 21, at booth number SU 8834, South Hall, Upper Floor, Las Vegas Convention Center. In addition to exclusive technology, ETV has the broadband streaming rights in the U.S. of a large library of Hollywood classic films, television programs and cartoons, which total over 10,000 titles.
