Sispro to Translate Timeline's Analyst Suite into Natural Spanish

BELLEVUE, Wash. & MEXICO CITY --(Business Wire)-- April 7, 2004 -- Timeline, Inc. (OTCBB:TMLN), today announced it has signed an agreement with Sistemas y Productividad, S.A. de C.V. (Sispro) under which Sispro will translate Timeline's Analyst product suite into natural Spanish. The Spanish version is estimated to be available for release in mid calendar 2004.

We are very happy with the interest Sispro has shown in our software solutions, said Charles R. Osenbaugh, president and CEO of Timeline. Sispro has worked as a reseller of our software products for one of Timeline's international OEM partners. This background, along with recently completed training of personnel at our home office, gives Sispro a good working knowledge of the capabilities of our technology. Sispro will also provide telephonic support for our Spanish-speaking end-users.

Sispro will resell Timeline's Analyst Suite in Mexico, Central America, Peru and Colombia on a non-exclusive basis. As an enhancement to this offering, Sispro will also provide, in association with local certified accounting companies, reporting templates specific to local tax and financial presentation requirements. Timeline will have the right to offer Spanish versions provided by Sispro through other resellers throughout the world.
