E Solutions Corporation Acquires Web Development, Hosting Services Company

TAMPA, Fla. --(Business Wire)-- April 7, 2004 -- E Solutions Corporation has acquired web development and hosting services company SiteLogic, a move that expands the Company's service offerings and clientele and creates a niche specialty in professional services with a particular emphasis on the legal industry.

SiteLogic was founded in 1997 and specialized in building and hosting websites for attorneys, law firms and Bar associations across the United States. Over the next seven years, the company developed and launched more than 100 legal websites for clients ranging from the nation's top law firms to small and boutique firms and independent attorneys. Eventually, as legal clients began referring their own clients to SiteLogic, the company's portfolio expanded to include medical, real estate and investment banking sites.

Under the terms of the acquisition, Wilson will assume the position of director of business development for E Solutions. SiteLogic's customer sites and corporate e-mail will be hosted and managed at E Solutions' state-of-the-art, Tier-1, secure hosting facility in downtown Tampa. The 15,000-square-foot datacenter is constantly monitored by E Solutions system administrators and the facility features round-the-clock security. Financial terms were not disclosed.

E Solutions will offer SiteLogic customers new products and services including fully managed hosting services, secure custom intranets, application development, website design, search engine marketing and monitoring, as well as upgraded messaging services.
