Customer Satisfaction, Italtel Ranks Among The First Companies In Emea

Italtel, one of the world's leaders in integrated voice, data and video tlc networks, ranked third among system Integrators in EMEA and first among companies operating with service providers, in terms of customer satisfaction. This is the outcome of a survey conducted by Cisco Systems which assessed Italtel’s performances through thirty questions placed to the most qualified service providers and network operators in EMEA. The analysis highlighted Italtel, part of a community of over 3000 Cisco ecosystem partners, as a company capable of fully satisfying its customers’ demands through its expertise and ability to develop networking solutions both proprietary and based on Cisco Systems technology; ensure rapid deployment; help get up to speed in managing the entire network by providing consulting and training services.

The results of the survey additionally confirmed Italtel’s position as Gold Partner of the worldwide leader in networking for the Internet, a certification enabling the company to design, develop and market Cisco System’s networks throughout the EMEA region. Italtel’s leading position in integrated voice, data and video tlc networks is additionally consolidated through a variety of technology and engineering certifications achieved by over 130 specialized Italtel professionals, amounting to over 40 thousand hours of training completed in the last four years as part of the Cisco Partner Certification Program.

Highly specialized in voice access systems, VPN (Virtual Private Network) Security, ATM and Frame Relay metropolitan networks and network management systems, Italtel researchers have now also achieved Cisco’s certification for their Wireless LAN and Universal Dial Access design and development expertise.
