Vonage(R) and SkyFrames Join Forces to Bring Broadband Telephony, Satellite, and Wireless Technology to U.S. Troops in Iraq for the Holidays

EDISON, N.J., Oct. 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Vonage today announced it is joining the grass roots effort initiated by SkyFrames (OTC Bulletin Board: SKYU) to supply broadband
telephony for U.S. troops in Iraq. SkyFrames, a provider of low-cost, highly
secure satellite broadband Internet services, and Vonage will provide the
United States Armed Forces in Iraq with the ability to call home via broadband
telephony over a wireless satellite connection during the holidays.

As a result of numerous communications from military families unable to
receive phone calls from their loved ones stationed in Iraq, SkyFrames sought
to meet their communications need, realizing Vonage was the natural choice.
Vonage was eager to join SkyFrames' campaign to assist the US Army. We are
grateful for Vonage's generosity in this important effort, said James France,
CEO of SkyFrames.

Recognizing the need of our Nation's troops to contact loved ones,
Vonage's service is perfect for delivering voice communications to remote
areas. Our troops in Iraq have a dire need to communicate with their friends
and family here in the United States and have personally been spending
astronomical amounts of money to rarely use satellite phones, said Jeffrey A.
Citron, chairman and CEO, Vonage. We recognize the sacrifices the men and
women of the United States Armed Forces are making in Iraq. As we move closer
to Thanksgiving we are happy to work with SkyFrames to provide them with the
means to call their loved ones during the holidays.

Many of the families in our unit only hear from loved ones once a month.
This is mainly due to the limited availability of satellite phones and the
Internet. They currently have Internet access but stressed the fact that it
is 'slower than dial-up'. My husband (82nd Airborne) said that it took him
twenty minutes to download one picture, said Gail Fewell, Arizona.

We are extremely thankful for companies such as Vonage that have stepped
up to the plate to help our troops in this effort. Vonage is clearly an
industry leader in their technical capability as well as their willingness to
donate important technologies that meet the needs of our troops and their
families, said Edward Bukstel, Vice President of SkyFrames.

Companies that wish to join this effort to help our troops communicate
with their families should contact Edward Bukstel at [email protected].
