VirtualPBX.com Develops Two-Tier Business Referral Program

Hosted voice communications service provider VirtualPBX.com, Inc. has developed a two-tiered business referral program designed to give resellers and solution providers an opportunity to broaden their offerings into the growing SMB telecom market.

With the VirtualPBX Business Partner Program, organizations targeting the small business arena can supplement their current portfolio of products and services with an affordable, high performance �pay as you go� telephony solution ideal for cost conscious businesses and companies with geographically distributed employees. With the advanced functionality of hosted services like the VirtualPBX� and the ongoing need for business to limit capital outlay, interest in outsourced telephony solutions has grown substantially in recent months and is considered an increasingly attractive alternative to on-premise PBX systems. The VirtualPBX� no-hardware solution fulfills the needs of business customers who require advanced PBX features like automatic call distribution, web-based management of phone and fax traffic, 24/7 availability and 800# access to all remote employees, but do not wish to invest in purchasing and maintaining on-premise equipment.

Magnus Software, a Web application provider with internationally dispersed project managers and developers, has been a VirtualPBX user since 1999 and recently signed on to become a Partner. The VirtualPBX Partner program offers two options: 1) Lead Referral Partner, a low investment scenario which allows participants to refer leads to VirtualPBX and receive compensation without the commitments required of other partner types and 2) Marketing Partner, a more active role with greater benefits and returns. Both partner types are provided with training materials along with sales and marketing tools designed to streamline the process of engaging new business. In each case, partners receive a percentage of the referred customer�s revenue payments over the first two years of service.
