Zaniac's Edison Club Announces Three Program Tiers to Give Parents Greater Flexibility with Afterschool Scheduling & Budgeting

SALT LAKE CITY --(Business Wire)--

Zaniac, an afterschool STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) enrichment program for students in grades K-8, today announced that its popular Edison Club will now offer three scheduling and cost tiers. These include:

  • Bronze Level: $99.00 / month. Includes 10 homework help hours, free access to Zaniac events, a 10 percent sibling discount, and one buddy pass per month.
  • Silver Level: $199.00 / month. Includes 15 homework help hours, one STEM Exploration day per week, access to free events, a 20 percent course discount, a 10 percent sibling discount, two buddy passes per month among other amenities.
  • Gold Level: $299.00 / month. Includes unlimited homework help, one Zaniac course lesson of choice, access to free events, a 20 percent course discount, a 10 percent sibling discount, and three buddy passes per month among other amenities.

  • According to a Harvard Family Research Project that looks at a decade of learning studies focused on afterschool learning both in summer and year round, these programs help build on children's learning, empower families to connect their children to new learning spaces and experiences, and add to families' support networks; they also contribute to academic performance, improved homework completion, and a deeper engagement in learning.

"Research confirms that children who participate in afterschool programs derive several academic and social benefits," said Zaniac President Sidharth Oberoi. "These are the skills that many suggest are necessary for youth to succeed in the 21st Century global economy and world."

Zaniac will host "free" Back-to-School Open Houses for families at the Sugar House campus on Wednesday, September 3 at 5:30 p.m., and at the Park City campus on Thursday, September 4 at 5:30 p.m. To learn more about Zaniac's Edison Club, go to www.zaniaclearning.com.
