During the first three quarters of the year, WorkForce Software experienced an increase of 44 percent in year-on-year bookings compared to the same period in 2011. In addition, the company saw a 97 percent increase in year-on-year bookings of its SaaS products over the first three quarters of last year. During this period, a company with 16,000 employees and a longtime user of a competing time and attendance system selected ACT as its enterprise-wide absence and leave platform. This marks the third time an organization employing more than 15,000 individuals took the best-of-breed approach with ACT and interfaced it with their incumbent system.

Bookings of EmpCenter Engage have eclipsed 2011 terminal sales in less than six months, highlighting market demand for more interactive, flexible and modern means of capturing time and activity data.
