In its release, the Company said that it is continuing to seek an appropriate candidate for the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Company on an ongoing basis. Williams Creek Gold owns various mineral interests in the Cariboo, Kamloops and Omineca Mining Divisions in the province of British Columbia. The Company also has a joint venture outside of Yellowknife, NT, and a net 30 percent interest in the ATW diamond property in the MacKenzie Mining District of the Northwest Territories.
